Treleigh is our family holiday home, nestling in the historic quayside town of Fowey, South Cornwall.
Surrounded by an eclectic mix of stone washed, fishermen’s cottages, Treleigh is a 3 storey, Edwardian dwelling reached by a flight of stone steps leading up from the road below*. We love the degree of privacy and quiet it offers, whilst affording some lovely views across the Fowey River towards Bodinnick and the Ferryman Inn. We stay here as often as we can and when we are not here, we are happy to let our friends and family enjoy Treleigh as much as we do.
*NB: The steps and stairs in the house, may not be suitable for anyone with restricted mobility.

Treleigh is a tastefully modernised, luxury self catering holiday home sleeping 6. Inside we have tried to provide all those little extras that make the difference between a good holiday and a great one. Hence, you will find a welcome pack awaiting you on arrival comprised of basic essentials such as tea, coffee, milk, bread and biscuits.

Relax and explore the house
A small front terrace area with a garden bench overlooks the street and river beyond, providing the perfect setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee.
The house is beautifully decorated in a seaside palette of blues and whites. On the ground floor, the original Edwardian tiled hall leads to a light and airy living/dining room with large bay window facing riverward to the front and views up to the cliffside gardens at the back.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher and a comprehensive range of kitchen utensils. Beyond the kitchen there is a small, white washed, barbeque area.
Stairs from the hall lead to the first floor and bedroom 2 with 5’ King sized bed. This room has gorgeous views of the river Fowey from the large bay window and is equipped with a washbasin.
There is a separate family shower room with WC and basin.
Bedroom 3 is a small double bedroom with pretty views up the hillside to the gardens beyond.
The master bedroom is situated on the second floor, is self contained and is reached by a flight of stairs. Here there is a 6’ Super King sized bed and a light and airy en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The bedroom ceiling opens up into the rafters and two dormer windows overlook the river and beyond towards Bodinick. The views from this room are quietly spectacular.
